Born in Dover, he has three sons and a young daughter and wants Dover to be a place for young and old to be proud of and safe in.

He was a Chief surveyor in the District Council for ten years and has had a Chartered Surveying practice for the last 23 years in Castle Street.

Having been President of Dover Rotary and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce he has considerable knowledge of the workings of the town and port. For some years he organised Dovers' Calais Fair contribution and has sponsored a variety of local initiatives.

His belief is that the Town should stand apart from the District and make its own statements and priorities. Tel :01304 240000
